Steak tartare
Preparation
By adding your minced beef with Tartaat, an egg yolk and some mayonnaise you will get an amazing dish. By adding more or less Tartaat, you let the chef in you decide how spicy and tasteful you want the result to be. Add some French Fries and a mixed salad and you have a classic dish.
